Expert Witness

Dendron has experience working with clients on tree-related issues at the Ontario Land Tribunal, and can provide expert witness services in cases of trespass and illegal harvest.

 

Dendron staff have also have expertise in testifying at the supreme court in historical loss of timber use claims on Indigenous lands.
